TERMS & CONDITIONS
Prices stated in the written quotations or order confirmation issued by Juniper have a 60-day validity unless otherwise noted on the quotation and are subject to change or withdrawal by written notice at any time during that period. Unless otherwise specified in writing by Juniper, this agreement will govern the terms of sale for all involved parties.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Unless otherwise specified on the order confirmation, the terms of payment are as follows:
-Juniper requires full payment (including freight charges) prior to delivery.
-Any unpaid balance following the full delivery will be subject to a charge of 1.5% per month or 18% annually.
-For all custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required with the purchase order.
-All orders require a 50% deposit prior to production.
-Full payment is required at time of purchase for all orders under $5,000.
-A 2% non-refundable credit card fee is applied to credit card payments in excess of $5,000.

CANCELLATIONS
All custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be altered after technical drawings have been approved and confirmed by the purchaser and the order placed into production by Juniper.
SHIPMENT & RETURNS
DELIVERY SCHEDULE DELAYS
Delivery schedules and estimated lead times are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen fluctuations in inventory levels and manufacturing loads, shortage of labor materials, and any other cause beyond its reasonable control, without any liability on Juniper’s part for delays.
For custom orders or for orders in excess of $10,000, production will begin only after signed product specification and receipt of deposit.
SHIPMENT AND SHIPPING CHARGES
Certain bulk shipments, custom products, or special request deliveries may be subject to additional packaging, crating, and handling charges. Juniper will make all efforts to provide an accurate estimate of all shipping charges prior to submitting an order confirmation, but Juniper reserves the right to alter shipping related costs on the invoice either due to an alteration of the order by the purchaser or due to unforeseen changes in packaging and handling requirements relating to custom or contract orders.
A signature is required by the recipient for all parcel shipments. Juniper is not responsible for goods returned in the case where a signatory was not available.
For international shipments, the purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties levied at the port of entry.
STORAGE
CLAIMS
Any claims against Juniper for damages or shortages must be made by the purchaser, in writing, within 10 business days after delivery. Failure by the purchaser to make a claim against Juniper within 10 business days of receiving the goods will constitute acceptance of goods.
Installing fixtures or altering parts in any way will also constitute acceptance of goods.
REPAIRS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES
No return of goods will be accepted without written consent and shipping instructions from Juniper. This also applies to returns of non-defective merchandise. Return of non-defective, unaltered, and uninstalled goods, when approved, must be made within 30 days from the date of shipment.
Upon inspection, if goods are not in new, resalable condition in the original packaging, the items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% at Juniper’s discretion.
Special, made-to-order, custom finished, or discontinued merchandise is not subject to return.
Return of defective goods must be freight prepaid at the purchaser’s expense and are regulated by the Juniper warranty policy and must follow Juniper return procedure.
The client must submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form before returning, exchanging, or repairing any product.
If a product is in need of repair, the client should send pictures of damages to cs@juniper-design.com.
All repairs are subject to a service and shipping fee. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected in our factory and a quote for repairs will be provided to the customer.
WARRANTY, WAIVERS & CERTIFICATIONS
LIMITED WARRANTY
We do not warrant:
-Alterations in surface finishes due to aging, exposure, or use of chemicals
-Evidence of product tampering or altering
-Misuse, mistreatment, or neglect
-Variations occurring naturally in metal
-Material changes resulting from normal wear and tear
Juniper, if applicable, hereby expressly reserves the right to limit or exclude consequential damages under the terms of this warranty. No charge-back, charge for labor or materials is allowed that does not have Juniper’s prior written approval.
Prior to returning a defective product, the purchaser is required to fill a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form provided electronically by Juniper. No products will be accepted for return without written approval by Juniper. Upon receiving the RMA, Juniper will provide the purchaser with written authorization and shipping instructions.

Nothing in Juniper’s literature, pricelist, or website shall be deemed to grant any license or right in, or to any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of Juniper.
